Tired Of Your Money Flying Away?
DAMAGE WHICH APPEARS MINOR MAY
MEAN MAJOR REPAIR COSTS
- In many instances, seemingly minor damage will cost tens of
thousands to millions of dollars to repair properly.
- You may be able to live with such damage by making cosmetic repairs, or by making no
repairs at all. However, when you try to sell your property, any knowledgeable buyer will
require that you repair all the damage properly or lower the price accordingly - either
way you pay.
- If the responsible party or insurance company doesn't pay to repair all the damages now,
you may have to pay, later.
- Even if you are not aware of the damage, a buyer may be able to hold you responsible for
the cost of repairs, even if the damage is discovered after the sale. This can involve
lawsuits.
- Any insurance company that is responsible now may not (almost certainly will not) be
there to pay if you wait until then.
- Each passing day increases the chance that such an insurer
will try to avoid paying benefits to you solely because you waited too long.
- The professionals, who we may be able in your behalf to find and negotiate with to help
you, know better how to present your claim and deal with any responsible party or insurer
to get more of what you are owed - its their business.
Ignorance may be blissful but it can also be very
costly.
IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO GET AN INDEPENDENT
PROFESSIONAL OPINION -
PARTICULARLY WHEN IT MAY BE AVAILABLE TO YOU AT NO COST.
IF YOU FALL INTO ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES, CONTACT US.
If your property was damaged and:
- If you are not sure who or what may have caused it.
- If you are not sure who may be responsible.
- If you are not sure what has been damaged or the extent of the damage.
- If you have not made a claim yet.
- If you have made a claim and been denied.
- If you have made a claim and been told there was coverage but your loss was below the
deductible.
- If you have made a claim and been given a small sum over your deductible.
- If you have been paid a substantial sum and believe the settlement was still less than
you were really owed.
- If you have been paid a substantial sum and believe the settlement was fair.
- If you have been paid a substantial sum and believe the settlement was fair and repairs have already been completed.

You may still be entitled to substantial additional sums.
It is our experience that it is a rare claim that is handled by professionals who we
have found and who our clients have chosen to retain that has already been fully paid by
the responsible party(ies) or their insurance company(ies).
