INSURANCE INFORMATION

Never Assume There Is No Coverage Available

There are many factors which may determine whether or not there is coverage for your losses. The following are just some of these factors:

  • Who caused the damage.
  • What caused the damage.
  • What you or another insured person were told when the insurance was purchased.
  • What documents you or another insured person were shown before the policy(ies) were actually received.
  • Whether or not the policy(ies) were ever received by the insured(s).
  • The way the courts have interpreted the language in the policy(ies).
  • The form and the layout of the policy(ies).
  • The size of the print used in the policy(ies).
  • Whether or not the language is ambiguous or uncertain.
  • What anyone representing the insurer said or did after the loss occurred.
  • What may have happened because of what was said or done.

Even though they may be required by law to tell you, relying on what your agent, the insurance company or the insurance company's adjuster tells you is covered can be a serious and costly mistake. They each may make more money if you don't get paid everything to which you are entitled, than if you do. It is important for you to find competent and experienced professionals, whose own interests are best served if you do get paid everything to which you are entitled, to help you discover all the coverage that is available to you. Their are a variety of professionals who can help. We may be able to help you enlist their aid on terms you can live with.

There is substantial evidence that MOST PEOPLE DO NOT GET WHAT THEY ARE OWED under available insurance policies WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL HELP

Getting less than everything you were promised is not what you paid for.

You were promised full and prompt payment.

You are entitled to it!

DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS.

NO MORE, BUT NO LESS!
