Another Story

There is a homeowner in the Los Angeles area whose property was damaged in the Northridge Earthquake and the aftershocks. His home was quite sumptuous. He had a $3,000,000 insurance policy, with a $300,000 deductible. He made a claim. His insurer inspected the property, estimated the extensive damage at a whopping $230,000 ($70,000 below his deductible). Sorry, no payment.

The owner thought something was fishy. He contacted one of the Public Adjusters we refer. The insurer ended up paying the homeowner $2,300,000.

Competent, professional representation makes all the difference.
